For years, The Quail has served as the premier appetizer to Pebble Beach, offering attendees an exclusive glimpse into the future of performance. It has become the preferred launchpad for many of the world’s most exclusive hypercars, including the Lamborghini Temerario and the Fenomeno in recent years. Bugatti also chose The Quail to unveil its Mistral and Divo models after Geneva’s closure.

Until this past Halloween, I firmly believed The Quail held an unassailable position in the global automotive hierarchy. However, after attending the 2025 Las Vegas Concours, I found myself questioning that assumption. While I had enjoyed the 2024 event, it struck me as more of a regional affair. This year, however, was a different story entirely. What began as a necessary stop to support a client project evolved into an eye-opening experience that redefined my understanding of what a modern automotive event can be.
What makes the Wynn Las Vegas Concours so compelling? It is the sheer magnitude and diversity of the display.

The 2025 Concours at Wynn Las Vegas was, quite frankly, staggering. To put it mildly, it was an overwhelming feast for the eyes and an absolute game-changer for the supercar scene.
The Bugatti Odyssey
Perhaps the most jaw-dropping display was the Bugatti section. The Wynn managed to assemble 48 Bugatti Veyrons on the manicured lawns. To understand the significance of this, consider that only 450 Veyrons were ever produced worldwide, and a mere 100 were sold in North America. Displaying 48 of these vehicles in one place represents more than 10% of the entire global production run. Among them was a stunning white Vitesse Super Sport, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Veyron, alongside a Bolide, Centodieci, Chiron Super Sport, Divo, Mistral, and a prototype of the upcoming Tourbillon, the 18-cylinder hybrid that will replace the Chiron. Seeing this unprecedented collection of Veyrons was a milestone moment for any Bugatti enthusiast.
The Pagani Phenomenon
For those with a penchant for the exotic, the Pagani display was equally mind-blowing. The event hosted the largest gathering of Paganis ever assembled in North America. While the exact count remains unconfirmed, there were more than 40 Pagani models in attendance, including several Zondas, numerous Huayras, and a stunning Utopia. More notably, this event marked the debut of the Huayra Codalunga Speedster, the first of only 10 planned units, priced at an eye-watering $7 million before taxes and tariffs. (The mint green example on display reportedly belongs to Apple’s Tim Cook.) The fact that Horatio Pagani, the visionary founder of Pagani Automobili, was honored at the event and chose it to introduce this exclusive machine speaks volumes about the growing stature of the Wynn Concours. To gather more Paganis than the factory produces in an entire year is an extraordinary feat.
The Lamborghini Legacy
The Lamborghini section was no less impressive. The 2025 Wynn Vegas Concours hosted the largest gathering of Lamborghinis in history. While the exact number was hard to pin down amidst the excitement, the figure most commonly cited was around 230 vehicles, which accounted for nearly half of the 600 cars on display that day. Among these included some of the most iconic and rare Lamborghini models ever built, such as the Veneno Coupe (one of only three publically sold), the Sesto Elemento (one of only 10), and a Reventón (one of 21). Seeing these limited-run masterpieces together was a flabbergasting display of high-horsepower Italian engineering and design.
The Grand Finale: More Than Just Exotics
Beyond these staggering numbers, the Wynn Concours also showcased a breathtaking array of other marques and iconic vehicles. The event featured significant Koenigseggs, a Gumpert Apollo, and several Czingers. Attendees were also treated to the debut of the McLaren Project Endurance race car, the HWA EVO, a Mercedes-AMG One, two Oldsmobile Aerotechs, and a McLaren F1.

A 1929 Mercedes-Benz 680 S Barker Tourer, a former and insane Pebble Beach Concours-winning car, took home the Pre-War Best of Show award, proving that the Wynn Concours respects the heritage of classic automobiles while simultaneously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

The traditional concours model, which demands expensive tickets (up to $1,600 for first-time attendees), massive setup costs for manufacturers (around $400,000 for a stand), and often inconvenient logistics, is being challenged by a more accessible and modern format.
The Wynn Concours offers a stark contrast: tickets cost around $100, and the logistical challenges of a location like Las Vegas, which is built to handle large gatherings, are significantly less burdensome than navigating the traffic and lodging costs associated with Monterey.
